THE INHERITANCE OF TECHNOLOGY AND WISDOM

To me, research and
development goes beyond
mere product design

Ensure products can be
delivered on time with a
good quality consistently

I believe that every colleague's
sense of belonging, and
commitment takes time to grow
My primary role involves operating machinery and executing manufacturing processes on the production area. Each step in production follows strict standards. In my area, for instance, there are precise specifications for heat-treatment including depth, temperature, time, and scope. Although the standards are high, the comprehensive work instructions and processing conditions ensure the execution remains straightforward as long as protocols are followed.
Throughout the production process, numerous quality control (QC) checks are performed to confirm the results meet requirements. Moving forward, I hope to gain cross-functional experience, deepen my technical knowledge, and build a more well-rounded foundation in onsite production.
I'm responsible for internal audits and administrative processes, working to clarify systems and procedures so that operations are well-grounded and smoothly executed. I see auditing as more than just checking, it is about consistently reviewing and refining management processes to achieve greater clarity and transparency.
Practically, I revisit rules and workflows as situations shift, and suggest modifications where appropriate. The company maintains an open approach to its systems and values feed back from the field, allowing processes to be adjusted as needed. I also played a key role in introducing the online approval system, helping to make workflows more transparent, traceable, and efficient.
Looking ahead, I will continue to examine the feasibility and adequacy of our systems from a practical perspective, working with the team to ensure stable execution and provide a reliable foundation for the company's operations.
After graduating, I joined the company as a procurement clerk, primarily responsible for procurement support. My daily tasks include tracking the delivery of production materials and components and maintaining communication with suppliers. Thanks to the company's well-defined procedures and patient, step-by-step guidance from my colleagues, I have been able to quickly familiarize myself with work tasks and adapt smoothly to the environment.
During new employee training, I also had the opportunity to participate in technical drawing tasks, which further deepened my understanding of the manufacturing process. This experience has shown me how much the company values and nurtures its newcomers, allowing us to build practical experience in real-world scenarios.
In the future, I hope to continue gaining experience while broadening my perspective through cross-departmental learning. My goal is keep growing and become a valuable team member who contributes to the company's development.
